Chang Siew Foong (“SFC”)
Chang Siew Foong, FCCA, CA (M), ATII. is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Upon graduation from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he started his career in Anuarul, Azizan, Chew & Co. in 1995 before he left at a managerial post in Audit, Corporate Finance and Advisory Department to start his own practice in 2001.
SFC has over 15 years of experience in auditing, taxation, accounting and financial advisory. His experience include advising clients in matters relating to corporate finance, debt restructuring, restructuring plan implementation for IPO, receivership and liquidation, investigative audit, financial due diligence, business plan, internal audit and various advisory services in diverse industries.
Lim Tai Poo
Lim Tai Poo is the Audit Principal of S F Chang & Co. since 2011. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She also holds an Advance Diploma in Computer Studies from Informatics College in Malaysia.
Upon graduating, she started her career with Poh & Co. as an audit assistant and left as an Audit Supervisor after 3 ½ years. She joined Moore Stephens AC (“MSAC”) for 1 ½ years and UHY Diong as Head of Assurance & Business Advisory for almost 2 years. Prior to joining S F Chang & Co., she is also the Vice President of OSK Investment Bank Berhad for 6 months.
Her auditing experience covered various sectors which comprise manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, property development, construction, consultancy, management corporations, association and etc. of private limited and public listed companies on Bursa Securities. She also has experiences in investigative audit, financial due diligence, business plan and internal audit.
Mak Siew Chian
Mak Siew Chian is the Assistant Tax Manager of S F Chang Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (“SFCC”). She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Charles Sturt University, Australia and is a Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
Upon graduation, she joined Singam & Yong as an Audit Assistant for over a year and broadens her experience in tax areas by joining Seow & Co as an Audit and Tax Assistant for almost a year. Prior to joining SFCC, she is the Tax Senior in YK Taxation Services Sdn. Bhd. and RYTA Taxation Services Sdn. Bhd. for an accumulated 6 years of experiences.
She has almost a decade of professional experience in accounts, audit and tax compliance for corporate tax in various sectors which comprises manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, property development, construction, consultancy, management corporations, association and etc. She is also actively involved in personal tax compliance which includes resident, non-resident and expatriates, Indirect tax, Real Property Gain Tax, Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) and Pioneer Status. In addition to the above, she also provide assistance and advise to clients on tax audit and investigation, tax advisory, planning and compliance issues in variety of areas.
Chua Ping Ping
Chua Ping Ping is the Executive Director and Co-founder of Ecpro Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (“Ecpro”). She graduated with an upper honours degree in Accounting from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1995 and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
She has vast experience in company secretarial services, internal audit and investigation audit, particularly in relation to financial institutions. She started her career with Asia Commercial Finance as an internal auditor in 1995 and continued with Affin Bank Berhad after the merger. In 2003, she joined Aeon Credit Service (M) Bhd as Credit Manager to conceptualized and implement the Aeon Credit Card. She co-founded Ecpro in 2006 and appointed as the Executive Director.
